The table below shows the permitted uses for each site on which the Stockxpert content will be available.

Commissions on Thinkstock Subscription Site
You will receive $.25/download for images downloaded as subscription sales and 20% of the download price for images downloaded as single images, as part of Thinkstock. This will be shown on your Account Balance page on Stockxpert as a separate line item so you can monitor your image activity on Thinkstock.
Copyright of Images on JupiterImages Unlimited
As it relates to the ownership of your images, the JupiterImages Unlimited EULA does state:
"The Image(s) are copyrighted and protected under the various laws of the United States, International treaties and other applicable laws. The Image(s) shall remain the sole and exclusive property of JUPITERIMAGES, or its licensors. Use of the Images is licensed, not sold, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Use of the Images without agreeing to this Agreement, or a breach of these Agreement terms, is copyright infringement."
We just want to clarify that YOU are the "or its licensors" it mentions. This part of the agreement simply means that no one can claim ownership or copyright on the images that are downloaded from any of the Jupiterimages family of websites.
Opt In/Out Options
All opt-out options will remain fully functional.
Please review your opt-in selections in your account profile to confirm your selected licensing options. These options are selected at the application process and can be maintained at My Account/Profile.
Extended Licenses on Thinkstock
If you have opted in to Thinkstock (formerly referred to as the New Getty Images Subscription Site), your files may be licensed under an extended license on Thinkstock even if you have opted out of extended licenses on Stockxpert. If you do not want to have your images available for extended license on Thinkstock, do not opt your files in to Thinkstock.
